User pest network management

Go to User management in the main menu and select User pest network management to see user pest network data. This tab is only active for the user with permissions: UserPestNetworkConfirmatio and AdminPestNetwork.

Overview

Under Overview tab is list of all pest network subscriptions which was created. There are info about users and their pest network subscriptions. There are all active, soon expired and expired pest network subscriptions.

Search

You can seach throuh the list with the following filters: User, Customer group, Subject, Subject role, Pest network and Subsciption status. The list you can export in excel by click on the button Excel export or CVS export.

Overview

  • User/Username - the name of user

  • Customer group - which customer group has

  • Subject - under which subject the user is

  • Subject role - which type of subject role has

  • Pest network - info about pest network subscription: pest network, number of devices, network area radius, valid from/to

Pest network confirmation

In this tab is the four different tables related about pest network confirmations and rejections:

  • Pest network confirmation - list of pest networks confirmation (when the user give a request for subscription to a new pest network throug the form Manage pest networks under User settings)

  • Registration pest network confirmation - list of pest networks confirmation request from registration form

  • Unsubscribed pest network - list of all unsubscibed pest networks

  • Rejected pest network - list of all rejected pest networks (from manage pest networks form or registration form)

Pest networks confirmation

In this tabel are list of pest networks request which users give it through the form Add subscription under Manage pest networks. When user add new subsciption to a new pest network, administator see his request in this tabel. There is the following info about pest networks and options to manage this pest network:

  • Date of request - date of request for the new pest network confirmation

  • Name/username - the name and username of the user how give a request to confirm pest network

  • customer group - which customer group has a user

  • Subject - under which subject is the user

  • Subject role - which subject roles has user

  • Pest network - which pest network will be confirmed and detail about it (pest,number of devices,network area radius,valid from, valid to)

  • Manage pest network - there is the four options to manage pest network: confirm, rejection,*compare with active* and refresh no.devices

Registration pest network confirmation

On this list are all pest networks to confirm, which come from registration form. There is the next info:

  • Registration - date of request for the new pest network confirmation

  • Name/username - the name and username of the user how give a request to confirm pest network

  • customer group - which customer group has a user

  • Company name - name of the company of user

  • Subject role - which subject roles has user

  • Pest network - which pest network will be confirmed and detail about it (pest,number of devices,network area radius,valid from, valid to)

  • Manage pest network - there is the four options to manage pest network: confirm, reject, edit (administrator can edit network area radius and date of valid from and valid to), refresh no.devices

Unsubscribed pest network

When the user unsubscribe from the pest network the data about unsubscription goes to the table Unsubscribe pest networks.

There is the following informations about unsubscription:

  • Date of request - date of request for the unsubscription

  • Name/username - the name and username of the user how give a request to unsubscription from the pest network

  • customer group - which customer group has a user

  • Subject - under which subject is the user

  • Subject role - which subject roles has user

  • Pest network - which pest network will be confirmed and detail about it (pest,number of devices,network area radius,valid from, valid to)

  • Reason - what is the reason for unsubscription

Rejected pest network

When the administrator rejected requests for pest networks confirmations this info goes to this table.

  • Date of request - date of request for the unsubscription

  • Name/username - the name and username of the user how give a request to unsubscription from the pest network

  • customer group - which customer group has a user

  • Subject - under which subject is the user

  • Subject role - which subject roles has user

  • Pest network - which pest network will be confirmed and detail about it (pest,number of devices,network area radius,valid from, valid to)

  • Rejection reason - info about why administator rejected this pest network (etc. no network in your area)

User confirmation

In this table the administrator confirm user registration. There is the following data about user:

  • Date of registration - date of registration

  • Name/username - the name and username of the user how give a registration

  • Contact info - mail and phone number of user on which will receive reports and notifications

  • Customer group - which customer group has a user

  • Company name - under which company is the user

  • Subject role - which subject roles has user

  • Subscription details - on which pest network user will have subscription

  • Manage registration - admin can manage registration (confirm, reject or edit)

Manage registration

Administrator can manage registration by confirm it (click on the tick in Manage registration column), reject it (when you click on X open a look up where you need to enter the reason for rejection) or edit. When you click on the icon for edit opens a side window with the all info about user registration data. There is the option to enter a new phone number, change the customer group, company name and subject role. To save edit click on the button Save edit or Cancel edit if you don’t want to save your changes.Administrator can manage registration by Confirm (click on the **tick* in Manage registration column)*, reject it (when you click on **X* will open a look up, where you need to enter the reason for rejection)* or edit it. When you click on the icon for edit opens a side window with the data about user registration. Reject registrations

Under this tab is the list of all rejected registrations. In the table are the next data: date of request, name/username, contact info , customer group, company name, subject role, subscription details and rejection reason (there is the message about why administrator do rejection on this registration).

Unverified users

Under Unverified users tab is the list of all registered users who don’t verified their e-mail or phone number during the registration process. Administator has option to send users verification request mail by clicking on the button Send in column Send verification request mail.

When administrator click on button shows the message Mail sent that the mail was seccessfully sent to user.

You will receive an email with a link to User settings page where you verify email and phone number in order to receive the notifications included in your subscription package.
